The Shred Shed Scotland are family friendly fitness classes scheduled for before work, after school drop off, straight after work before you go home and later evening classes to suit as many people with a busy work/family life. Most classes are 30 minutes long because let’s face it no one has time any more to workout for hours at the gym!

We were delighted to help another community larder (Corner Cupboard) based in Kilmarnock with some branding, a new pavement sign, matching A1 posters and some PVC Banners. This is the second organisation we have helped in recent weeks. What a pleasure it has been to be involved with another important community project, alongside East Ayrshire Vibrant Communities
This is a sustainable model and it is staffed by volunteers, which is key to supporting people whose financial circumstances have changed. The team provides access to low-cost produce and where possible fresh fruit and vegetables. They try to address food and fuel poverty experienced by people, whilst providing emergency food parcels in a dignified and confidential manner.
