Run Free was established in 2017 to provide safe and secure dog walking fields where you can take your best friend to run free off the lead.
Our exclusive enclosed dog parks have 6ft high fences, which are also dug into the ground to prevent even the greatest escape artists!
The exercise fields are perfect for sensitive or nervous dogs who have had bad experiences with other dogs and can no longer socialise safely with others, or dogs who have a poor recall and cannot be let off lead and relied upon to come back.
Users of the field will have exclusive use of it during their session so they can relax in the knowledge that their dog is safe, secure, and able to run free and play without being disturbed.
The field is perfect for puppies and rescue dogs, or anyone wishing to train their dog off the leash in an enclosed area.

The Moving on Project started in October 2016 funded by the Big lottery and Robertson trust.
Our programme has proven to be successful in empowering people to make positive changes in their lives, enabling the majority to move forward from adversity and reconnect with their communities.
Out of those who have completed the programme:
90% Felt more confident meeting new people
75% Felt more positive
70% Reported progress in their recovery from adversity
75% Reported an improvement in their relationships
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
A six-week structured programme of activity with a variety of options to improve physical, mental and emotional health as well as an opportunity to learn new skills.

The Shred Shed is a company that offers family-friendly fitness classes scheduled for before work after school drop off and straight after work. They also offer some later evening classes to suit people with a busy work/family lifestyle. Most classes are 30 minutes long because let’s face it no one has time any more to workout for hours at the gym but still with the same intensity!
