Recently we supplied Maggie from The Shred Shed with some personalised signage to advertise her Autumn/Winter fitness classes.

The Shred Shed is a company that offers family-friendly fitness classes scheduled for before work after school drop off and straight after work. They also offer some later evening classes to suit people with a busy work/family lifestyle. Most classes are 30 minutes long because let’s face it no one has time any more to workout for hours at the gym but still with the same intensity!
